My mission is to empower women and adolescent girls to embrace their true selves, heal through compassionate connection and thrive in their mental health journey, one beautifully imperfect step at a time.

Hi, I’m Brooke, the heart behind Beautifully Me Counselling and a mum of two boys who understands just how layered, messy, and beautiful life can be.

I’ve always had a deep passion for supporting women’s mental health. Before becoming a Fully Qualified and Registered Counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association, I spent 21 years in Early Childhood Education as a Centre Manager and also hold a Bachelor of Teaching.

That role gave me the privilege of working alongside other women, educators, mothers, and caregivers in moments of joy, exhaustion, self-doubt, and growth. It taught me how much women carry, and how often we forget to care for ourselves in the process.

Today, I bring that understanding into my counselling work with adolescent girls and women. My approach is person-centred, compassionate, and strength-based. I believe that healing begins when you feel safe to be seen just as you are.

At Beautifully me, I offer a calm, confidential and uplifting space where you can talk freely, explore what’s holding you back, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may feel lost, tired, or unheard. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, low self-worth, relationship challenges, life transitions or simply need a place to breathe, I’m here to walk beside you, not in front of you. I believe every story is worth holding with care and every woman and girl deserves a place to be deeply seen and supported.

“You don’t have to have it all together. You just have to show up and I’ll meet you there.”

About Me & My Approach

What Makes Beautifully Me Different

At Beautifully Me Counselling located in Spring Farm, I’ve created this studio space to feel different to the traditional counselling setting. My environment is intentionally designed to be calming, uplifting, and filled with natural warmth which will be a place where you can breathe, reflect, and feel at ease.

Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen to inspire motivation and comfort, so that the experience of therapy feels nurturing, not clinical. It’s more than just a room, it’s a space that supports growth, connection, and the journey back to yourself.

Who I Work With

Women who feel emotionally drained, overwhelmed, or stuck, longing to rediscover clarity, confidence, and direction.

Women in transition, adjusting to new chapters such as motherhood, career shifts, relationship changes, or personal loss.

Mothers and caregivers who give so much of themselves that they’ve lost touch with their own needs and sense of self.

Adolescent girls navigating identity, anxiety, friendship struggles, self-doubt, or the pressure to be “enough” in a fast paced world.

Every session is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and gentle encouragement a space where you are seen, supported, and reminded that healing begins with honouring who you are.
